Dontech’s state of the art in-house equipment for batch and roll to roll (R2R) thin film coating on flexible substrates includes AC and DC magnetron sputtering, ion- enhanced E-beam evaporation, and chemical vapor deposition (CVD). Dontech’s physical vapor deposition (PVD) services include plasma treatments of base materials. Coatings can be applied to one or both surfaces of a variety of flexible substrates including plastics and glass in either wide format R2R or batch coating systems to improve substrate properties including optical, electrical, and environmental.
