Dontech offers screen printing of optical filters including opaque borders, alphanumeric labels, graphic labels, and logos. Screen printing is available in single or multiple colors, and can be generated via customer supplied or Dontech generated artwork. Color matching is available to achieve the desired optical characteristics.
Different types of glass, plastic and other substrates can be screen printed. Screen printing can be applied to the front or rear surface or be encapsulated within substrates. Dontech has clean room environments for encapsulated and first surface screen printing processing. Printing inks (e.g., epoxy, ceramic, polyester, and acrylic) are selected based on the mechanical, optical, electrical conductivity, and environmental requirements of the program.

Our technical staff have diverse backgrounds relevant to high-performance display and precision optics markets. For many of our top customers, we function as an extension of their engineering departments, supporting projects from concept to final system delivery. We will integrate our optical filters (OFED) and other enhancing components into touchscreens, displays, and systems to the level that is needed by our customers.
