Dontech’s and its DyneTEC subsidiary’s state of the art in-house equipment for batch and roll-to-roll (R2R) thin film coating on flexible substrates includes AC and DC magnetron sputtering, ion- enhanced E-beam evaporation, and chemical vapor deposition (CVD). Dontech’s and DyneTEC’s physical vapor deposition (PVD) services include plasma treatments of base materials. Coatings can be applied to one or both surfaces of a variety of flexible substrates including plastics and glass in either wide format R2R or batch coating systems to improve substrate properties including optical, electrical, and environmental.
