Optical EMI/RFI Shielding

Dontech manufactures an extensive variety of standard and custom optical EMI/RFI shielding solutions for a broad range of avionic, military, medical, industrial, and government (secure communication) requirements.

Low Temperature Compensation – Therma Klear™ Transparent Heaters

Transparent heaters are optically transparent substrates with electrically conductive coatings or grids. When current flows across the conductive layer it generates heat to extend the operating temperature of the optics.

Dontech Performance-Enhancing Thin Film Coatings

Dontech has an extensive array of high energy, thin film vacuum deposition systems for applying optical coatings to different types of substrates. Processes include DC and AC magnetron sputtering, ion-enhanced (IAD) e-beam evaporation and chemical vapor deposition (CVD).

Military Products

Cover glass, resistive and PCAP touchscreens, and display solutions for rugged displays in portable/mobile, ground and sea vehicle, and rotary and fixed winged avionic military platform applications.

Precision Optics

Enhanced optical components for industrial, medical, and military (avionic, ground based [vehicle and handheld] and shipboard) precision optical systems including laser targeting and vision systems, sensors, and large specialty optics.

Display & Touchscreen Solutions

Dontech designs and manufactures custom end-to-end display and touchscreen solutions for demanding avionic (military and commercial), military, medical, government, or industrial applications including rugged displays, sunlight readable, and EMI/RFI shielded display systems. We will fully integrate our optical filters into display and resistive & PCAP touchscreen assemblies to the level requested by our customers.
